A press release posted to the group’s Facebook page, which has over 300,000 followers, says the Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings has agreed to hear their case.

Both cases stem from an investigation regarding a missing 14-year-old girl.

Officers were notified that a vehicle reported stolen in La Crosse, WI was tracked to Rochester by a GPS.

The charges say he told the girl's parents he was a 16-year-old high school student in Winona County.

He's been indicted for production and possession of child pornography and coercing a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct.

The charges say officers had to break one of the vehicle's window to get at the man.

The statewide alert was issued early Monday morning.
