As we move through fall toward the holiday season, we're getting some exciting new details for one of Minnesota's most popular holiday lights attractions.

The GLOW Holiday Festival, which has been held at CHS Field in St. Paul for the last few years, is preparing for their 2026 season kickoff in November. In the lead-up to this year's season getting underway, some fun new additions have been announced for the annual Twin Cities winter attraction.

After being hosted at other venues, like the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, GLOW has settled in at CHS Field for the last handful of seasons, offering a magical winter wonderland of lights and holiday magic.

From the 60-foot-tall "Tremendous Tree" centerpiece to the giant Snowy Slide, Tinsel Trail, Vixen's Zipline, a chance to visit Santa, marshmallow roasting, food and beverage areas, and much more, there have always been plenty of things to see and activities for the whole family.

What's new at the 2026 GLOW Holiday Festival?

For 2026, GLOW announced they will be adding an all-new Arctic Adventure area, a new interactive display, and a new VIP space.

The Arctic Adventure space will be located near the Enchanted Hollow, and will offer icicle tunnels, a 20-foot-wide ice waterfall, and a Northern Lights-inspired glow display.

A new interactive display being called "Wand-er Land Corral" will give visitors the chance to activate light displays with a wand, giving you control over some of GLOW's magic!

The new VIP spaces being added for this year are three different warming house suites that can each hold groups of 15 or more people, giving you a place to warm up and enjoy some VIP perks.

When is the 2026 GLOW Holiday Festival?

This year's event will open on Thursday. November 19, and will be open on select nights until Sunday, January 3.

The attraction opens at 5 pm and closes at 9 pm. Visitors buy a timed entry ticket, where you select when you'd like to enter the attraction, but you're welcome to stay as long as you'd like until GLOW closes.

It will again be held at CHS Field in St. Paul.

How much are tickets? Is there anything else I need to know?

Tickets are available now via the GLOW Holiday Festival website for the entire 2026 season. Tickets are $29.98 (including taxes and fees) for adults, and $18.66 (including taxes and fees) for kids 3-12, with kids under 3 free.

There are early bird prices that'll save you about $10 and are valid for the first few days of the event.
