26 people have now been sentenced for convictions stemming from the massive fraud scheme.

The criminal complaint, filed in Olmsted County Court on Wednesday, says the incident, which was captured by a surveillance camera, occurred on St. Patrick’s Day.

Court documents indicate the victims had was crushed by a hydraulic grapple.

He is the 23rd defendant in the case to be sentenced.

The conviction carries a presumptive prison sentence with a maximum punishment of 40 years behind bars.
