Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- The State Patrol is confirming an Illinois man died in a crash on I-90 near Rochester Tuesday afternoon.

The crash is one of at least three fatal collisions reported across Minnesota on Tuesday. 

At least one person was killed in a collision earlier Tuesday afternoon on Hwy. 61 in Cottage Grove, according to the State Patrol. 

Authorities in Stearns County also responded to a fatal crash that occurred between two motorcycles at an intersection in St. Cloud. 

SUV Driver Dead After Crashing Into Tree Along I-90 in Olmsted County

First responders were dispatched to the crash in Olmsted County shortly before 5:15 p.m. One vehicle was involved in the crash on Interstate 90 between the junctions of highways 63 and 52.

The driver has been identified as 42-year-old William John Natsues of Chicago. He was wearing a seatbelt and alcohol was not involved in the fatality, an updated version of the state crash report says.

The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office, Stewartville Fire Department and Mayo Clinic Ambulance also responded to the fatal crash.
