Rolling with Team Spirit: Vikings and Packers Pride on Minnesota Buses

It's a big weekend for both sides of the border, as the Packers and Vikings gear up for the first weekend of the NFL Playoffs, and some Minnesota buses are showing their team spirit.

The Packers travel to Philly, and the Vikings will travel to L.A. (unless the game gets moved due to fires) for an exciting weekend of football. And if you jump on a bus in this Minnesota town, you might see a fun team message.

Duluth Buses Display Team Pride for the NFL Playoffs

The Duluth Transit Authority (DTA) is having some fun with this weekend's matchups by displaying team messages on the electronic signs on the front and side of certain buses.

The DTA handles transportation for the Duluth area, and it also has routes into Superior, so they have messages supporting both teams.

DTA Shows Support for Both Vikings and Packers

"SKOL VIKINGS" is displayed on a handful of routes on the Minnesota side of the border, and for buses headed to Superior, the message reads "GO PACK GO".

Playoff Matchups: Where the Vikings and Packers Are Headed

The 11–6 Packers will take on the 14–3 Eagles on Sunday, kickoff is at 3:30. The Vikings will travel to the other side of the country and take on the Rams, kickoff is Monday night at 7.

The NFL has announced that if they decide to move the Vikings/Rams game due to the fires in Los Angeles, the game would be played in Glendale, AZ at State Farm Stadium.
