If there was ever a scam I would fall victim to, it would be this one! Grand Casino Minnesota is warning customers about a scam going around using their likeness.
I have heard about a lot of scams over the past few years but I have never heard of one that works in this way. This is pretty sophisticated.
Grand Casino shared details of how it works on their social media pages just last week, warning customers to be on the lookout for both a fake ad and a fake app!
According to their post, people have reported seeing fake ads promoting an app for Grand Casino - and the app in this case simply doesn't exist.
Legitimate Apps
Grand Casino does have two legitimate apps, including one basic app that allows customers to navigate their casinos and hotels. You can read more about the app on their official website.

They also have a Grand On Demand app that lets you get a little bit of the casino experience from your phone! You can also gets details on that app on their website so you know what it does and what it looks like.
Several people wrote comments on the post, writing that they saw a similar ad in other cities and states. This must be circulating not only around Minnesota, but all over the place.

So now scammers are going out of their way to create fake ads that they have to pay for? No wonder more and more people are falling for these scams. Awful!
